Bold & Impactful - Where Vision Meets VelocityWorking at FatHopes Energy has been a deeply transformative experience — both professionally and personally. It’s not just a workplace; it’s a mission-driven environment where every decision, every action, and every improvement is made with the bigger picture in mind: building a sustainable future through innovation, speed, and integrity. What I Value Most is The people. The chaos. The speed. The stubborn pursuit of solutions. The ability to turn raw ambition into something real — even if it means rewriting the rules every few months. Working here is not for everyone, but if you thrive in high-responsibility, no-excuse environments where the stakes are real — then FatHopes is where you’ll grow beyond what you thought was possible.

its a great workplace with friendly colleague but realised that there is no clear trajectory of where this company is heading.
The good thingsA great place to start and learn about business management on a smaller scale.
The challengesToo much workload and seems like the burden is emphasized heavily on Operation Department alone.

I decided to seek a new opportunity primarily due to my concerns regarding the company's future prospects and stability and the leadership, and I felt that the direction the company was heading in might not align with my personal and professional aspirations, additionally, I value a workplace that strongly upholds principles of equal opportunity, and I felt that a change would be beneficial for my career growth.
The good thingsThe company primary business recycling business (used cooking oil) which support sustainability and good for the environment.
The challengesNo increment. Most of the time working more than 8 hours and weekdays. Some may have to conduct work on CEO's personal gain especially on public holiday and weekends.

    Good learning experience
The good thingsGiven much freedom to do trial and error, which benefit me very well as I get to learn everything first hand.
The challengesTo much workload and management seem to not want to hire extra hands to reduce the workload. Had to be creative to ensure all job is done on time.
