    An eye-opening great experience working in a famous company with a lot of support from the R&D and other departments
    The good thingsA lot to learn from this big oleochemical company, from chemical process knowledge, quality parameters, process control, mechanical knowledge, SHE knowledge, operation procedures to ISO documentations. A lot of guidance & support from the Kao Corporation Japan on technical stuffs. Opportunity for all members, from grassroots to managers, to provide idea/opinion for improvement Positive work attitude. Opportunities for training and promotion giving good career advancement.
    The challengesDifficult to balance between different directions from different superiors. Managers having different personal preferences. Difficulty in trying to make everything documented systematically and properly.

    The good thingsMature management system implemented with technical support from the headquarter. Emphasize on stable production operation and quality is put as a priority to be achieved. Safe working culture also being practiced widely in daily operation.
