Work hard, but play harderThe good things- Most of my team members (especially the team lead) were supportive and encouraging towards each other, despite me being an intern.
- Like any other company, if you're honest with your work and you work hard, you will earn recognition.
- The company culture is very friendly, warm and open. One of the HRs would visit all teams on a daily basis, which contributed to why I enjoyed my brief stay.
- The management is able to deliver the company goals and mission very clearly in the monthly meetings, which I've learned to appreciate after working in a different company.
- There are side activities for the employees to participate in; interview workshops, brainstorming ideas for products etc. It indicates that the company sees their employees' personal development as crucial.
The challenges- Some people may feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed with the fast-paced environment (i.e. procedures may change to meet demands). However, the environment is to be expected in this industry.
- Some may complain about not being paid enough, but this exists in almost every company out there.
