    Work hard, but play harder
The good things- Most of my team members (especially the team lead) were supportive and encouraging towards each other, despite me being an intern. - Like any other company, if you're honest with your work and you work hard, you will earn recognition. - The company culture is very friendly, warm and open. One of the HRs would visit all teams on a daily basis, which contributed to why I enjoyed my brief stay. - The management is able to deliver the company goals and mission very clearly in the monthly meetings, which I've learned to appreciate after working in a different company. - There are side activities for the employees to participate in; interview workshops, brainstorming ideas for products etc. It indicates that the company sees their employees' personal development as crucial.
The challenges- Some people may feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed with the fast-paced environment (i.e. procedures may change to meet demands). However, the environment is to be expected in this industry. - Some may complain about not being paid enough, but this exists in almost every company out there.

    Strong & growth-centric culture
The good thingsLoved the working experience I got here. They invest a lot in training and empowering their employees, and also spend a lot of time in fun activities to keep the work-life balance. The management and team leaders are a very supportive and friendly bunch. It was the most enriching experience for me as someone starting out.
The challengesIt can get stressful at times like it is in all startups. But you always have a good support system that's willing to help you overcome challenges and improve your performance. So the only challenge was adapting to the fast-paced environment.

Exposure in several full timer works as well
The good thingsGood environment with flexible working hours. I have given opportunity to make my own decisions especially on interns hiring. It was a great platform to engage and build your own network with other departments as well.
The challengesQuite stressful in some times. You need to pick up everything in fast pace and learn it by own some times.

    Easy going environment
The good thingsThey have spacious space of office and you can feel easy and relax because of the modern theme of office. They have vending machine which sell variety of junk food at very low price (company subsidiary) which always sold out when the PIC refill the stocks. located above AEON Big and close with MID Valley Shopping Mall. Just 15-20 minutes to KLCC without traffic jammed.
The challengesLack of car parking lead to part timer/intern to park their car at nearby flat house. traffic jammed from all way to the office, either from federal or NPE. Office can be too cramp when there's too many people in the office at one time, you can even feel the heat from someone's body when you seat at you place.

    Best startup to work with!
The good thingsGreat culture - people in KFit are all young, friendly and easy to hang around. You will also sometimes be amazed how inspiring a person can be even just after a short talk! Flat hierarchy - No one has their own room even the CEO, except there are war rooms for meeting and teleconference. Flexibility - You can basically work anywhere that you find yourself easy in the office, the coach, the bean bag, the pantry or even the basketball court! Yes basketball court - Provided with basketball court and also a ping pong table for your body and mind relaxation. We boost productivity better after that!
The challengesIt is a startup, basically everything is still... new? That you may find something sometimes being inconsistent, you might always end with some thoughts to improve their systems etc. Yes you can voice them out. Your opinion count and will be heard.
