    The Good and Bad things
The good thingsYou can learn a lot from your mentors. Most importantly, willing to learn and contribute ideas.
The challengesYou have to push yourself a lot as this is a big company where ideas have to be good enough.

The good thingsSalary was reasonable. Nice small team to work with. There was work/life balance because we were quite free most of the time.
The challengesManagement is a mess. Very political. A lot of back stabbing amongst upper management folks. Hence it was an obstacle for the employees to do good work.

    7 years and that's it.
The good thingsI learned a lot about writing for banks and did a lot of jingles for a Telco. Friends were very helpful in getting the given job done. We worked as a team.
The challengesIf only the management have taken a better measure in recruiting new employees. Most new employee would only lasts for few month before they left. No increment or token was given despite winning the only metal/award for the agency. Recognition is important especially when the employee have contributed in a good way.
