The good things- Consistency and fixed procedures in executing events, surveys etc - Flexibility in managing own time - Good place to learn proper English grammar, official letter and report writing - Simple and basic facilities & staff benefits - Clear career path - Easy staff appraisal process and predictable performance bonus - Good networking platform with government officials and key member companies
The challenges- Lack of flexibility to include different ways in implementing events, surveys etc. due to strict ISO procedures - Heavily dependent on ISO procedures to guide the staff - Lack of career progression unless the staff is handling policies and liaison with Government agencies - Hierarchical organisation structure - proper salutation is important i.e. Mr. Encik, Datuk, Dato', Datuk Seri etc.

Good experience of my working life
The good thingsThe teamwork - every one's contribution in completing a project. The rewards in recognition of good performers. Staff incentives such travel incentive, bonuses, annual dinner, etc. Internal transfer between divisions which enable staff to learn new things. Good working environment. Staff are able to work together like a big family and enjoying their work.
The challengesInternal transfer between divisions which enable staff to learn new things and improve oneself. Meeting datelines and delivering beyond expectation. Interacting with people from many different industries.
