    The good thingsGood company with open minded, Work life balance cultural, Team leader no force, treat as family relationship, no order, it as a team work, important for who want good environment , politic issue compared big company is less, here like Google company, freedom, we must done our job can already, bos is smart. Good try for if u want achieve something in your career life.
    The challengesChallenges as this company is S. M. E THAT IS current keep growing. The company I work is KL branch. Now they open 2 brand is Penang. Bos will not alway stay in KL. But we all as a team still can communicate via whatapps to solve the work issue as well.
