    The challengesGive a reasonable salary to the employees according to their experience and educational status. Improve the working environment to make sure the employees easy to do their work. In the other hand, the company also have to make some more activities to bridging friendship among coworkers.

    Knowledge vs stress
    The good thingsA lot of skill can gain here from managing the production line, QC, human resources until to staff welfare. A lot of things I cannot get it from Mechanical Engineering course that I took during university. Everything must be initiate and done by our self otherwise the plant will in chaos.
    The challengesBy managing a lot of things on the same time give me so stressful but it teach me also how to prioritize the task based on urgency, usefulness etc.
