    The good thingsFree parking & Free lunch, senior are friendly. HR are helpful.
    The challenges1. Expect you to know almost everything in a very short period, not so friendly for fresh to join. Not recommend if you have no experience on furniture industry. 2. Dealing with other departments might be frustrated, always be ready to debate if necessary.

    Abundance of Growth Opportunity
    The good thingsTop management is very open to opinions. They will listen and will give suitable advice to the team. Managers and directors communicates their expectations clearly and gives you the opportunity to shine. They give proper credits to deserving ones too. Feels more like a big seating family rather than an office.
    The challengesInternal processes are on the high side, but hey, it's there for a reason.
