Good company to work with. Everyone is friendly and helpful
The good thingsThis company has 3 factory in Malaysia under 3 names, the one i worked with is Ferrotec Silicon Materials. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The environment is good. Nice place to work in. Salary also higher than market.
The challengesNot much challenge here. If not due some personal/family reason, i wouldn't leave.

Weak management practices, poor work-life balance, and limited regard for employee welfare.
The good thingsProvide free lunch but the taste is not good.
The challengesThe management team is entirely China-based, making collaboration difficult due to poor communication and misalignment with local practices. The company culture is unhealthy, with pressure to work overtime, attend compulsory company gatherings, and unreasonable requirements such as applying for medical leave in advance. Production is frequently delayed due to management decisions. There are no bonuses, profit sharing, or employee medical insurance. Overall, employee welfare and work-life balance are not prioritized, making it a challenging environment to work in.

The challenges the work project was stressful because of unclear expectations
