A highly top-down management style that may suit those who prefer strict instructions
The good thingsPros - Office environment is acceptable - The company appears established and has some market presence
The challengesCons - The actual role and expectations are quite different from what was communicated during the interview - Decision-making is highly centralized, with limited room for employees to contribute professionally - Management places more emphasis on strict compliance with instructions rather than performance or results - Alternative opinions and constructive feedback are not well received - The working culture feels more directive than collaborative, which can be discouraging for professionals

Smooth, warm, and professionally handled from start to finish.
The good thingsI recently went through the recruitment process with Feruni, and I just want to say how genuinely pleasant the whole experience was. From the very beginning, everything felt smooth and well-coordinated. The HR representative & the recruiting team communicated clearly, followed up promptly, and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. Overall, it was a positive and pleasant experience, and I truly appreciate the effort and professionalism shown throughout. Thank you, Feruni!
The challengesMy recruitment experience with Feruni was professional and seamless, with only small scheduling hiccups that were resolved promptly and with great care.

Overall good experience with fast-paced and result-driven environment
The good thingsMy colleagues are highly supportive and approachable, while my supervisor fosters open, constructive discussions and provides professional feedback that contributes to my personal and professional growth.
The challengesThe company operates in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, which can be both challenging and demanding. Collaborating with other department managers also poses difficulties at times, as their limited availability may lead to delays in decision-making or providing necessary information.

Poor Leadership Made the Role UnsustainablePros: Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Excel-based reporting. Opportunities to assist with onboarding and training new hires. Gained insight into internal service operations and workflow tracking. Cons: The Head of Operations lacked professionalism in communication, often using harsh tone over minor issues. Instructions were often unclear or only mentioned once with no follow-up, yet expectations remained unreasonably high. Recognition was non-existent, while even minor mistakes were magnified. Created a high-stress and demoralizing environment for junior staff. Advice to Management: Empower department heads with emotional intelligence training. Clear guidance, consistency, and treating subordinates with basic respect would greatly improve employee morale and performance.

FERUNI is a good choice for those who prefer a workplace with less politics.
The good thingsThe positive aspect is definitely the FERUNI working environment. Overall, the environment across all departments is excellent, with no workplace politics. Facilities such as the gym, games, and others are provided, helping us relax after work. They also offer snacks and drinks, which is a nice touch.
The challengesOne person is managing two different roles at work. The superior's attitude toward subordinates is inconsistent, showing favoritism by interacting only with those they prefer. Therefore, career development opportunities are minimal if the superior is selective. The worst aspect is that the superior is unable to lead the entire team effectively. In certain departments, the superior focuses more on managing people rather than truly leading them.

This company is an excellent choice for those seeking long-term stability and a supportive environment to settle down in. However, for individuals aiming for rapid career progression or a significant pay grade increase in a short time, it’s worth considering these factors before joining
The good thingsThe company offers a great working environment and stands out as a rare place free from office politics. You’ll be surrounded by a group of friendly and supportive colleagues.
The challengesAt times, working across departments can be challenging due to issues with communication, differing priorities, and punctuality.

The challengesUnclear & adhoc tasks at times. Office is located in the middle of town, therefore prone to heavy flash floods whenever it's raining.

The good thingsFeruni was involved in exciting and forward-thinking projects that challenge and inspire its employees. Being part of a team that is at the cutting edge of industry trends and developments is both motivating and fulfilling.

My experience working with Feruni has been incredibly positive.
The good thingsGreat things about Feruni is innovation. Upgraded the brand from tiles in to Art, Beauty and Inspiration by transforming living and working spaces into "Magical Experiences". Various artists design concept and tiles selection. If we've passion in arts will be enjoy working here. The happiness & satisfied we're getting when we shared our knowledge & artist ideas to clients to met their expectation is awesome. The team spirit from different departments make it a great place to work.

Growth-oriented workplace led by strong, supportive leadership.
The good thingsOpen Concept: The open concept office layout is designed to promote effective communication among team members and create a dynamic and enjoyable work environment. This layout facilitates collaboration and fosters a sense of community, enhancing overall productivity and employee satisfaction. CEO: The CEO exemplifies strong and visionary leadership, guiding the company with a clear strategic direction. The CEO is committed to recognizing and nurturing individual potential, providing ample opportunities for professional growth and career advancement within the organization. CCO: The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is known for being approachable and supportive, fostering a culture of encouragement and development. The CCO actively supports personal and professional growth, ensuring that team members have the resources and guidance needed to succeed in their roles and achieve their career goals.
The challengesOccasionally, there are challenges related to team strategy, particularly when there is a limited number of clients due to segmentation. To address this, implementing a secondary option for client allocation could be beneficial. This alternative approach ensures that teams remain productive and client engagement is optimized, even when the primary segment experiences a shortage. By diversifying client allocation strategies, we can enhance team efficiency and maintain a steady workflow.

Outstanding Facilities & Engaging Staff Activities
The good things1. Outstanding Facilities: The HQ offers free entry gym that enables employees to exercise regularly, turning idle time during traffic jams into productive fitness sessions. Recreational activities like pool and foosball tables provide opportunities for relaxation and team bonding. A dedicated Surau is a valuable space for Muslim employees to pray and rejuvenate spiritually during busy workdays, a feature not available in all companies. The Happiness Cafe is an excellent resource, equipped with an oven, microwave, stove, and coffee machine, allowing staff to prepare their own meals and enjoy coffee. The pantry is stocked with a variety of snacks, including unlimited bread, jams, cookies, crackers, Maggi cups, and beverages, which adds to the overall employee satisfaction. 2. Engaging Staff Activities: Monthly activities promote team building and well-being. Events like hiking, badminton, blood donation campaigns, Christmas giveaways to children's homes and movie night foster a sense of community and allow employees to participate meaningfully outside of their daily tasks. 3. Company Bonus!
The challenges1. Staff Shortages in Some Departments: Certain departments are understaffed, lacking executives, assistant managers, or even managers. This leads to employees working late hours regularly, which could contribute to burnout. It is vital for management to address this issue to ensure a healthier work-life balance. 2. Limited Yearly Increments: The yearly increments are low, and there is a need for management to recognize and financially reward staff who consistently go above and beyond, particularly those who put in extra hours or take on responsibilities beyond their job descriptions. 3. Healthier Pantry Options: The pantry could benefit from healthier food choices, such as fresh fruits and non-carbonated, low-sugar drinks, to promote better eating habits and overall wellness among employees.
