    It was okay, but I wouldn’t recommend staying long unless you enter with a high position or salary.
    The good thingsAnnual bonus; Annual increment; Decent salary (don’t let yourself get lowballed; do your research on market rates); and Work-life balance (as long as clear boundaries are maintained).
    The challengesThe department requires additional headcount, as it is currently expected to review every document and matter, even though some could reasonably be excluded for being purely commercial in nature. I would recommend increasing the department’s headcount and setting a clear direction that not all documents or matters need to be routed through Legal, particularly those that are purely commercial.

    The challengesVery stress in the work,boss don't care about ur problem,just want hit the target only,no enjoying in the work and office feel like a school. If ur Aging report is more than 15 outlet will everyday review. Very serious in office and boss don't like the office got laughing. The boss also double standard with the staff. Boss like toady people more than work hard staff.

    The good thingsJob related training provided. Bonus at least two months depending on performance and superior rating.
    The challengesArgue with colleague on routine work issue. Old computer doing report is also time consuming, better do at home. Busy Routine work in factory and do inspection report for pallet hygiene condition as requested by colleague.
