    workload and working hour
    The good thingshome are provided house near to working place but far from town
    The challengesunspecified workload stay up late weekend off need to ask/apply with boss.. ridiculous working hour for staff. boss asking work without know staff need to rest or on off day.. need to standby phone 24hour
