    Dont want to share to much. But the company must change the work style that will make your worker become more discipline and more responsible at work. Make sure plant operator that work can run/start up plant smoothly if work already confirm and more than 1 year.

    A fast-paced working environment, a good place to gain knowledge
    The good thingsWhat I love most about this company is the supportive colleagues, both intra-department and inter-department. This company is also a good platform for a fresh graduate to build his/her career, as numerous trainings are provided. A good place to gain knowledge and experience.
    The challengesPoor management and no work life balance. Been working for 2 years plus, but JD has been changed 4 times. Imbalance work delegations among executives.

    The challengesGot disturbance from person that not have any related with my work, sometimes interrupted and spread the bad vibes about our department to others.

    No work life balance. You have to keep on monitoring production day and night even if you are on leave. Dont expect your night or weekend to be peaceful without being interrupted every hour

    The good thingsThe working environment is good with a colleague that give a help when needed. A lot of training that can improve our knowledge about the food industry requirement. Great supervision from senior and manager about daily job routine. Great experience in handling instrument for career development.
    The challengesHard to cooperate with the old worker that don't want to change their mindset, still don't want to improve. Deal with a worker that no quality mindset. No support from other departments and always blame the QC department. Top Management less care about the welfare of workers.
