Work-Life balance environment with plenty of learning opportunities to be grasp proactively
The good thingsInterns are free to select the 3 main department (pre-sales, sales and after-sales department) according to own preference and I am lucky enough to be part of every three department. Many decent learning opportunities can be grasp only if you are proactively seek for it. A good place that can kick start your career in telecommunication industry.
The challengesInterns basically has not enough hands-on experience during non-peak season and to overcome this, one have to willingly take initiative to get more involvement. Some language barrier might be an issue but local employees are always there for help.
