    The challengesBAD OFFICE POLITICS. COLLEAGUE NOT SO HELPFULL, SAYING THAT NEED TO IMPROVE BUT ALWAYS FIND OTHERS PEOPLE FAULT. LACK OF PROFESIONALISM SHOWN BY THE SUPERIOR.

    The good thingsThis business is good in growth, can trust this business can stand so long. Management Cultural need to be realign. Good in facities and enviroment. Since the mother company is in Europe, employees get to travel overseas for training and business propose. Well care of employee by benefits. Good bonus and many more activitys for employee's every year.
    The challengesLearn something different from my previoues carrier. I can handle high speed camera setting now!! Day to day different task and challenging job nbeen carry out. Priority to voice out our suggestion. Good team work.
