The University is seeking an experienced and visionary Dean to lead the College of Engineering, Science and Technology into the next stage of its development. The College is the largest in the University with 5,700 students and 280 staff. The College presently includes both TVET and higher education programmes, but the University is planning to restructure so that TVET becomes part of a separate college. The new Dean will take over the consolidation and expansion of the higher education arm of the College and focus on achieving Washington Accord accreditation by 2021.This a challenging senior executive role and one that will require the ability to lead ongoing organisational change and development.
