    Competent!
The good thingsHighly competent bunch of people. There are 3 main business units & shared function units that constantly communicate with each other in the various subject - personal upskills, business sharing & update, tactical and so on. It's people company. Fair & firm management, so do expect high-performance employee is a must.
The challengesNot for a stagnant or comfy person, which only focus job within his/her job scope. Since the company is expanding, the employee has to adapt to vast changing in business direction and assimilate well. Hands-on other roles when required to fill up the gaps.

    Surprisingly enjoyable experience and growing
The good thingsNice colleagues. Flat hierarchy. Fair bosses & quite genuine people. Collaborative working culture. Interesting product and vision that the team can get behind and believe. Lots of empowerment. Liberal. I like townhalls where we get updated on the company's progress. Company doubled in size while I was here.
The challengesLunch places limited. No direct train public transport. The CEO has high standards. Can be stressful if working directly with him. Very liberal environment but CEO tends to swear a lot. Better if he can control it. More guidance for juniors would be helpful.

The good thingsThe Most Favorite Of My Job Is Store Keeping, Because It's My Job Passion To Take Care The Stock. And If The Office Want's The Stock For Related Requirements, I Will Write It Down On The Stock Check List.
The challengesWhat Do I Not Enjoy Working Here Is That The Misunderstanding Communication We Have In The Office, When We Want To Get The Job.

The good thingsWorking in a startup company will need to take up a lot of responsibilities and can learn a lot from the team. The working environment is relax and simple. Self-discipline and time management skills are important.
The challengesTop-down communication is very important among employer and employee. An effective communication can makes the team move faster and bonding among team members would be stronger. Teamwork makes dream works.

    Measure without a measurement
The good thingsEven thought it's a start-up company, things seems to be pretty cool as the employer have created the office atmosphere in such way. With unique type of painting and rubber grasses in the office, it gives a positive vibes in the office. Employers are aware that a great working place comes within the creativity and therefore have extended more and more thing for the employees to feel great.
The challengesAs a start up company, it's not easy to convince an experience employees to work for them with the below market value. The company should have studied on the current pay scale depending to the current market in the country. Employees are facing difficulties even though they have a good working environment, however there isn't any security on it.
