    Good platform for learning.
The good thingsFast paced learning. By the end of 2 years, I am way ahead of my peers. Exam certification is also paid for and for passing the exam, we get $ reward too!
The challengesCompany management is too forgiving for under performing staff. Management gives these staff too many chances to improve.

Great opportunity if you like to make yourself suffer
The good thingsThere are several foodcourt or luncheon places that provide good food. The good thing about the company? Not so much.
The challengesIf you always play on the hardest difficulties. Then this is the place for you. Everyone here is either a fresh graduate or little to no knowledge in ERP. Nobody is there to teach you because everyone is clueless. If you like some entertainment, you can come to the office to see the clown working there.

    Bad Working Experience
The good things1) Listen to Top Management grandpa long stories. Outcome: Unreachable company direction and goals.
The challenges1) Top management twisted word day by day. 2) Top management has no decision making and expect the employee to fully take responsibility on Management's obligations. 3) No proper direction in your job tasks. Require employees to work everything by themselves. 4) Listening to Top Management excuses all the time. 5) No career growth 6) Blame working culture. 7) Hardwork and efforts will not be appreciated and valued.

    A Good Employee
The good thingsSeems to have lots of projects which provide a challenging working environment. However staff tend to be busy working on these projects, but good support from management to help staff along.
The challengesCould do with a bit more balance with corporate social responsibility and team bonding activities.

    Unorganized Company
The good thingsHR terms and conditions was not in place.Initially was allowed to be Working From Home, but when the company feels that his employee is seldom in the desk, they cancelled the term for Working from Home and give out warning letter without any announcement.
The challengesThe challenges of working in this company is to have a micro management skills set. This is because your superior will keep on calling you either every hour or 2 hours to check what are you currently doing and what your colleagues are doing.
