Good for learning in injection molding but not for career improvement
The good thingsThe good thing is, this is where you learn how to survive a difficult situation yourself and knowledge in injection moulding. Make you become more resistance for future job difficulties.
The challengescommunication breakdown, poor traceability, poor management, colleague attitude issue. If you are coming from MNC or CM, you will have problem to adapt with their environment

A starting point for fresh graduate engineer
The good thingsI had been working there for almost 2 years, There has a good working environment and definitely good colleagues who significantly bring the work done easily. The company has a good policy and rewards their employee accordingly based on the performance. It is a company suitable for the non-experience graduate. to learn and gain the valuable experience. The company also emphasize on employee's development and provide training occasionally to them.
The challengesThe company can provide more flexibility and work-life balance to the employees. The salary provided should meet and competitive with the current market situation. The interaction between departments can be increased though job exchange and temporary placement, so that employees did not fixed in their department and did the same repetitive job every day. The top management should become strong in leadership and professional in terms of knowledge and skills. The machine used also need updated to a new technology.

    Pros and cons
The good thingsGood things working at this company is they are willing to invest in technology. If you deem a certain technology is helpful in productivity and or in any other way in your job, you are free to voice out and the management will give it a review and approve if they are convinced.
The challengesThe challenge working for this company is definitely the take over by another company. With the taking over happen back in 2015, they are still in the midst of settling down. With it, most of the long serving employees had left with a handful of those left around may not in your department to share the knowledge with you. However, you can always treat it as a fresh start for the company and for yourself too.

    Exciting working experience
The good thingsThe company has trained to be a good employee since my first time experience working as an Internship Technician until I was hired as an Engineering Assistant and later appraised as an Assistant Engineer.
The challengesThe hardest thing I have experienced is to ensure multi-racial communication going well. I have succeed to understand people with different language and culture so that I may complete our together to meet the deadline as per committed to our customer.
