Great Team and Conducive Environment
The good thingsSuperiors are caliber and have great social skills which able to develop great team bonding that effectively drives results.
Needed to be always on the ball and be open-minded in order to adapt the changes. Must have high expectations and always strive for workable solutions to achieve it.
