Good working experience, bad life-work balance
The good thingsYou will learn to do sales in scientific industry. A lot of training, continuous guidance (depend on superior). Remuneration is average. You do more, you get more.
The challengesHigh expectation, high demand, everything about numbers. They don't care how you work, as long as you achieve your target. No clear path for career development, you will not know how you can get promoted while looking at others easily get promoted.

The good thingsI learn A to Z on how to become a good salesperson. Opportunity to learn is given. The company have a good organisation system. Everything is clear cut, no grey area. A lot of colleagues, so will have a lot friends. Overall, every dept here play their role efficiently, so you can work without a lot of hickups
The challengesHigh expectation, high demand, high commitment, high stress but the pay is low and the increment & benefit for existing staff is so sad. As any corporate companies, they rather u vacant your position to hire somebody else, even though they need to pay 30-40% more than your salary. The management is traditional, they will only look on results, not your commitment to your job.

    Good learning place
The good thingsVery flexible working environment, friendly colleagues. You must be able to work independently due to most of the leaders are placed overseas, maybe you only manage to get in touch with them via emails or calls.
The challengesMore to solely contributor. Employees in a same department can have different manager. Benefits is not competitive and promotion are minimal. Most of the leaders are not supportive.
