The challengesYou really have to be mentally and physically strong. Besides the challenges in handling children with special needs, there’s this challenge with having to handle incompetent colleagues. You’re entrusted with various responsibilities but incompetent colleagues gets to get away with unimportant tasks and gets recognised for it because of their ingratiation behavior.
