    Candidate to be seriously consider not to work here bcos there's plenty of companies outside that offer better benefit and career development.
    The good thingsproducing good quality product. I'm also using their product.
    The challengesno worklife balance bcos working hour too long, 8am to 6pm. GM sometime too overcontrol the company. HR is biased. Salary is average low.

    The challengesLonger working time (8-6) & no allowance, strict praying time (no Jumaat praying time for male Muslim), not willing to adapt new system, too micromanage (no trust to staff), poor English (using Malay & Mandarin only when communicating), strict working time by expecting staff to come 15-30min early & leave late (no work-life balance)

    The good things- Work-Life Balance, Harmonius & Non-politics working environment with colleauges mixed around easily and caring each other - Ambitious and energetic company with real opportunities - Management always try to listen to the need and find a way to implement and improve - Steady growing company with a lots of career opportunity. Company always appreciate talented and good attitude staff with providing career advancement.
