    Political Arena, need to beware with everyone
    The good thingsNice working space, pantry, location and some great colleague. Employees is provided with lunch coupon, parking allowance given. Medical benefit include parents.
    The challengesVery political even in own department you have to beware of your own supervisor, HR team a bit messy. Management too pushy.

    A good company that will makes you stay for long
    The good thingsWhen i was in MOL, i learnt a lot from my superior and colleagues. They are very friendly and would help you to expand your vision and improve your skills. Management will arrange training for the staff, you can also request for training if you think the training can helps you in your career. I am so grateful to be a part of the MOL team and i have learned so much while working here.
    The challengesMOL is a global company. When i was working as web designer, i need to keep my design on trend but still need to follow corporate identity. But, my superior gave me a lot of advises and help me get through the challenging tasks.
