    Work can be stressful, yet colleagues, learning, environment, and pay make it manageable.
    The good thingsLearned a lot of things. Very helpful colleagues and teammates. Many areas to explore. Nice working space. Very convenient location with easy access to public transport. Salary meets expectations.
    The challengesWork is sometimes stressful and needs to be done in a short time, but it’s still manageable with the help of teammates and colleagues.

    Not a good company to work with
    The good thingsReplacement leave on public holidays that fall on weekends (for corporate staff)
    The challenges- No proper SOP when it comes to ALL, if not MOST process. - KPIs are driven by short term goals and not long term strategy. - Poor strategic planning from the management side and not being transparent when it comes to financial statement, EBIDTA, market analysis and planning. - Most bosses come from China, which in turn, makes the culture are pretty bad and not to mention, toxic. - Expected to reply messages even on weekends, off working hours and whilst you're on leave. - Lower than market rate benefits package.

    The good thingsI didn't expect Flash to provide such a good package. My colleagues are really helpful and we hangout frequently after work. The stage is yours, there are limitless possibilities as long as you try.
