    Basic conformal coating set up is poor . Weekly rejects from customer. However no action /input from management.

    The good thingsFlextronics provides regular training to increase the value and competitiveness of its employee. Basic salary is higher than the average market and benefit is good comparing to other southern Johor MNC. To have best practices implemented among interplant and actively engage Kaizen projects and 6 Sigma to improve the productivity and cost saving opportunity.
    The challengesTo be able to sustain the business growth and continue to provide cost reduction to end customers is very challenging despite the low profit margin and high competitive market, and difficult economy situation complicate the situation further. In addition, the work load is pretty heavy and need to work a fine line to balance the work life and family time.
