My experience here has been fulfilling, with each year presenting new challenges, yet I find joy in the supportive environment and annual bonuses
The good thingsThe company is a beacon of inclusivity and balance, where employees find fulfillment both personally and professionally. With a diverse workforce representing various ethnic backgrounds, they champion diversity and foster an environment where everyone feels welcomed and respected.
The challengesWe're experiencing exciting growth as the vessel fleet continues to expand. With each new addition to the fleet, we are presented with fresh opportunities and challenges that keep our day-to-day work routine dynamic and engaging. Managing a growing fleet brings forth a myriad of tasks and responsibilities, from ensuring the smooth operation of each vessel to overseeing maintenance, logistics, and crew management. As the number of vessels increases, so do the complexities of the operations, requiring us to adapt and innovate to meet evolving demands.

    A non-rage working environment
The good thingsThe employer always display good relationship with worker. No blame culture. No rage culture. No tension during daily meeting. Every work order is cascaded and discussed during meeting on the progress, but the employer has never scolded the employee so far.
The challengesNew ship coming up meanings that need to source out for new potential charter. Once tender is awarded, the challenge goes into preparing the ship to be on hired. Lots of findings from the inspection to be closed but certainly a well worth learning process.
