    The good thingsIn terms of salary always on time. Sales support also always great and wonderful by provide us leads to contact.

    Bring own stationary and laptop do office works. Company keep on changing direction. May take advantage to cut salary with whatever reason

    The good thingsThe good things is luckily you have not selected or choose to work in here.
    The challengesBoss is the king and law. Every things want to take control, making managers unable to perform well. Need to bring your own laptop for work, even stationary also not supplying.

    Inhumane Treat to Former Staffs
    The good thingsHad good immediate superior & colleagues, got to learn a lot of field & product knowledge, problem solving skills improvement as there will be a lot of ad hoc situation where you'll need to get solutions on site, etc
    The challengesIt's inappropriate to hold staffs last salary/comm/claims etc for up to 2-3 months as people need the money to be survived too, money issues should be settled clearly and fairly. People left to other companies for different needs/desire to change, not to purposely mess with you, so please treat former staffs fairly. TQ

    Bad management and cheat employees
    The good thingsThey didn't carry out what they have promised and didn't go according to job offer letter T&C. After I'd joined, HR verbally told me that: 1. I can't claim petrol due to management sudden decision, but job offer letter stated that I can claim by just providing receipts. 2. Medical claims ONLY RM 50 a year! Pathetic! 3. Annual leave can only be claimed after a year served! 4. No stationery provided
    The challengesThe senior management simply shout and scream at staff for no reasons, they even use bad languages. Any petrol or phone calls exceed limit, employees got to paid on top of that. No stationery or tools provided for sales job as they think employees got to buy themselves. Extreme management and torturing employees.
