The challengesIt's inappropriate to hold staffs last salary/comm/claims etc for up to 2-3 months as people need the money to be survived too, money issues should be settled clearly and fairly. People left to other companies for different needs/desire to change, not to purposely mess with you, so please treat former staffs fairly. TQ
