    Management not friendly with employees, including the benefits, the policies.

    The challengesManagement tried not to understand the employees. Give fake hope. Hard to get healthy balance life especially for curtains department that need to works on shift. Do not pay as promised. Hard to express what your feel because mostly the bosses just want Yes or No only.
