    Good company with very bad HR and Administration Staff
    The good thingsThe fact that it is a worldwide organization, the bad experience I had with HR and Administration staff turned me off in complementing.
    The challengesEmployee needs a proper HR and Administration representative that listen, act and respond to any queries in a proper manner. It seems that this is not the case over the course of my tenure.

    It is fantastic and enjoyable experience
    The good thingsPerfect accommodations provided by the employer. Really worth it working here. Everything is provided and paid by the employer.
    The challengesWorking duration is too long. Travelling time from accommodation to work place take about 45 minutes. Wasting a lot of times on the road because of travelling to work every day.

    The good thingsLargest project ever in Malaysia with various country colleague. So many new thing and experience to learn and grab here. We conduct Good Safety Practiced in this project.
    The challengesLimited of transportation for the staff to visit the site caused our PIC late arrived at site for join the daily Safety Task Assignment(STA) with the EPCC. Sometime we missed the STA. Limited of Desktop/Laptop for any related to reporting, Project Online (POL), paper works and time sheet.
