    Not Suitable For Career Advancement and Experienced
    The good thingsgood colleagues, the environment is so-so, good on salary pay-time.
    The challengesNot a good place for experienced employee, no proper references of work. Most of the employee was unskilled and freshy (maybe good for stepping stone), the superior give so little supervision and expect that u can do unnecessary task and works like a practical student. Bad management and the operation manager doesn't know how to manage a project properly. They also don't have proper standard documentation.

    Suitable as a stepping stone
    The good thingsGreat Colleagues, Superiors willing to teach and explain in details of work flow, Able to travel around and gain experience in various department
    The challengesVery bad management, No proper reference of work flow and task (most of the time even to simple forms must come out with own ideas and initiatives), Superiors sometimes handover their job to their juniors and provide little supervision, No specific job scope literally everyone is a general worker. Must learn to say NO so that they will stop handing you unnecessary tasks.

    Salary, Benefits and Work Environment
    The good thingsYou can get a lot of experience from the technical team and they willing to help you, but the upper management..they just dont care about your well beings while reaping every profits for themselves.
    The challengesSalary and other benefits is the worse in here, they ask you to work 15 hour a day for 6 days, but the salary is not even reach 1.5k a month.
