    The challenges1 staff need to be all rounded in all shipments and customers the staff need to try solve all the problems, if the problem already big and can't solve, then only can bring it to higher level.

    The good thingsfamily oriented, comunitee club well organised, sweet memory during my working time, proper management in positive ways, training provided, meeting held in every morning to know more staff handling day to day, every staff must pleadge together with all the managers and director in every morning and counseling given for those staff not discipline rather than issue warning letter.
    The challengesStaff turnover very high due to working environment very stress. Because most of our staff who joined no experience and resigned suddently even well trained. Custom penalty RM10,000 incurred due to my careless mistake (never go through customer's document clearly). Every day need to stayback office until late night due to overloaded. Ensure to finish all the pending task within the day.
