    This is my first job out of college and I've been here for 6 months now and I'm so happy and blessed ! The colleagues here are amazing and friendly. The company products allow me to enjoy with my family more when health is top of mind. It is truly a great place to work ! i give them company a 4.99 out of 5 stars.

    The challengesVery low salary and high demands. Very small heart. If you able to achieve sales target, they will cut your commission. Low quality of management team 😂. Especially the operation manager.

    The challengesFirst, bad management. Second, since owned business, not distinguish what is one's own and what is public. Third, employer disrespect and threatening employees if the sales not achieved target. Yes, I understand during MCO period the sales dropped but please don't expect that the sales can back to normal. Forth, unequal treatment between HQ and operation staff. Fifth, conservative mindset.
