The challengessalary package need to be review, there is a big gap for salary event you are in the same position. until now i don't understand how they use their system for salary rating, can you imagine you in the same position, same grade, same task, and same performance rating with your colleague than your colleague salary higher 90% than you, its a huge gap. To HR don't ever think that salary is confidential. We know our colleague salary, So please to be fair for salary rating and keep update your system about salary. (hope HR will read this because i'm still work here) the rest is awesome.
