    Great culture with passionate colleagues
    The good thingsYou definitely enjoy the team spirit and how lively the team in the company. Everyone work together to bring a project or campaign to a success. The culture is great, many encouragement within colleagues. Company always support employees in self development programs either in-house on the job training or off the job training.

    The good thingsGreat place is you're looking for work life balance. most there are family people too so they kinda speak the same language when it comes to family matters. benefits are so-so. more favourable to those w kids ie free milk powder for kids 1-5yrs.
    The challengesSome departments are still in the ice age days working on an old style thinking - hating progress and changes in approach or ideas. Career development is also very slow. Too many red tapes and micro managers making work progress sometimes stagnant.

    The good thingsAt first i am very happy working there..but after 4 months working..the job that has to be done by 3 pepole is done by me alone. The turnover overhead in my department is high. The workload is more but in order for us to settle the job..our overtime is not paid..no meal allowance is given.
