    Inventory Control Manager
    Nov 2025
Bangsar South Kuala Lumpur2 to 3 years in the role, current employee
I have extensive hands-on experience in warehouse and inventory management across all functions
The good thingsI love my role as an Inventory Manager in Pandamart because every day feels meaningful. When stock levels are accurate and shelves are full, I know I’ve played a part in making the customer experience better. I enjoy the thrill of identifying issues before they escalate, finding solutions, and helping the stores operate efficiently. The combination of data, teamwork, and hands-on decision making is what keeps me motivated.
The challengesMy main challenge is keeping inventory accurate despite rapid demand changes, limited manpower, and the need to align multiple teams and systems.

Lack job security, management lack empathy amd no proper direction. Join at your own risk.
The good things- A good team, a good leader and direction was clear. - Most colleagues are helpful and nice.
The challenges- This culture in FP is quite toxic, especially by management. There is a reason why so many people leave and so many positions open. - Management lack of accountability and lack passion, everything is delayed and only looks into $$$ and not solving problems. - Promotion is only for the "old gang" and not based on how good you work, its how good you suck up to the bosses. - I see people join 3 months and left straight.

Its all about playing games with management, the higher position the higher power you can control it
The good thingsFree flow for drinks, snacks and fruits. Good aroma between colleagues & comfort zones
The challenges- SOP changes like roti canai - QA just want to markdown no matter what and won't care if they make u into PIP - Always be prepared might assigned to tasks not belongs to your position while management just sit back and relax. - Shift changes like roti canai also and you will need to polish TL shoes for good benefits from the shift allocation, same goes to public holiday pay - Whole management will not care your feeling or even opinion
