    The challengesDealing with bad project manager leads. Frequent shakedowns that expects prompt update with unreasonable timeline for preparation. Job scope not tally with the actual works. Associate ML engineers are expected to do supports, reply emails and do video auditing ( yes count number of people in / out from a device as a human AI)
