    The good thingsStarted off being quite difficult to adapt, but after 6 months in, found myself gaining more confidence and adaptability and sort of understand decision making process, helps me to be clearer and more concise on decision making.

    The good thingsI am a fresh graduate, so I didnt know what to expect, but the company and seniors help me alot in growing not only my business knowledge, but also in other areas as well such as IoT knowledge which will be useful for me in my next job
    The challengesFast paced company, need to cope with the workload given, need to be independent on completing minor easy task, seniors are ready to help but you will need to think and challenge yourself before asking blindly without context

    The challengesA heavy workload. Employee training takes time. Instead of relying on interns to impart knowledge to workers on the production line, they could have hired more suitable permanent staff.
