It’s a positive, respectful, and motivating environment.
The good things I value the supportive colleagues I work with and the strong work–life balance the school encourages. The environment is positive, respectful, and motivating, helping me grow professionally while feeling appreciated.

Not recommend to join this organization. There are significant concerns regarding the company’s senior management. Leadership often lacks the necessary professionalism and integrity in handling personnel and operational matters. Employment terms can be misleading, with some verbal commitments never formalized in written contracts, leaving employees without proper protection of their rights. The corporate culture is heavily influenced by an intense and unhealthy form of internal competition. In some departments, multiple employees may hold overlapping roles, but in practice, only one or two individuals—typically those skilled in flattery and political maneuvering—are retained and promoted. Advancement appears to be more closely tied to favoritism and personal relationships than to merit or performance, which severely undermines employee motivation and morale. Additionally, there are troubling instances of interpersonal sabotage. Certain influential individuals within the organization may actively undermine colleagues they personally dislike, regardless of whether any professional conflict or interaction exists. This behavior can escalate to the point of threatening an employee’s job security and career progression.

Popularity Contest, find a better school
The good thingsGood benefits Good Salary but be wary of the extra work and duties you have to perform Close to Duty Free Opportunity for growth and leadership positions PD opportunities
The challengesPeople are appraised based on popularity. The same people are given tasks and responsibilities. Others are not given a chance to excel. The school values willingness to assume a lot of task over quality work. If you want to move ahead and be noticed, volunteer to do a lot of work. The boarding duty is ridiculous and unnecessary. The school is not willing to hire non teaching staff to supervise the dorm. From what I have heard, they are losing boarders. Departments are so segregated that teachers don't know what is happening in each department. Good communication is severely lacking. I heard that they changed their slogan from ALL IN to We are Flexible. The All in slogan is just for show. The departments are so divided that each department is doing their own thing. If you are a teacher looking for growth and to be mentored, this is not the school for you.

The challengesThe management has no idea what they’re doing. Terrible decision making, lousy communication.
