Not recommend to join this organization. There are significant concerns regarding the company’s senior management. Leadership often lacks the necessary professionalism and integrity in handling personnel and operational matters. Employment terms can be misleading, with some verbal commitments never formalized in written contracts, leaving employees without proper protection of their rights.
The corporate culture is heavily influenced by an intense and unhealthy form of internal competition. In some departments, multiple employees may hold overlapping roles, but in practice, only one or two individuals—typically those skilled in flattery and political maneuvering—are retained and promoted. Advancement appears to be more closely tied to favoritism and personal relationships than to merit or performance, which severely undermines employee motivation and morale.
Additionally, there are troubling instances of interpersonal sabotage. Certain influential individuals within the organization may actively undermine colleagues they personally dislike, regardless of whether any professional conflict or interaction exists. This behavior can escalate to the point of threatening an employee’s job security and career progression.
