Good choice of company if you prioritise work life balance, but less of a career progression.
The good things- Friendly environment - WFH options
The challenges- Not much career progression - Software development process and tools are not yet matured - Layoff is inevitable

Good office to work with many benefits but lack of versatile and micromanage of manager and HOD in my department
The good thingsFree food, cozy workspace, multinational colleague.
The challengesPerfectionist and micromanage which not going to benefits end-users as they dont really spend time to see all the tiny things like we did. The manager follow the HOD that working there more than 10 years which you can imagine how the person will be flexible and versatile or vice versa.

    Great company to gain experience!
The good thingsProvided lunch for staffs. Understanding supervisor and managers. Friendly and relaxing environment. Helpful team and coworkers.
The challengesTask are not that easy yet not that hard. However, task are given a lot with a very short dateline. Sometimes, you won't have the time to finish all task. Therefore, manage your time and carefully choose which task you should finish first before proceeding to other task.

I feel great that I can joined Forest Interactive Sdn Bhd in doing my internship.
The good thingsI really enjoyed doing practical at Forest Interactive Sdn Bhd. All of the staff,my supervisor especially really helps me in doing my task. Other staff from other department also helps me if I do not know anything and if I need help from them.
The challengesThere are nothing that I do not like about this company. But there is usually have something that make a staff become stress. Maybe it is because of the works that have a lot to settle down and to be done before the dateline.
