    The good thingsWorking here always challenge me to do better and not to stay in my comfort zone. The physical setting that was surrounded by nature is such an added value to this company. I got to learn about other research that is going on through regular Research Officers' meetings. The internal training held by the staffs also help me grow as an individual and gain skills in various field.

    The good thingsThey teach how to conduct research very well. They are very supportive. We work as family and help each other. As a fresh graduate and contract officer, they still be nice with me and teach me how to the reseach proposal, how to work with lower staff and so on. I love to work there. After 3 years working, i must leave these company because i want to further my master and phd level.
    The challengesMy task at this company is to do the reseach on title of Flower Induction which i have no idea about it. They give me 3 month to do literature review abaut that research. After conduct the research i fell love on this. Finally i produce 1 paper about this research at journal.
