    Low salary, good culture
    The good thingsFeel like so lucky that join the good team which have good senior and good manager. Able to learn a lot of things.
    The challengesWhen peak period, the workload is heavy but still quiet able to accept. The salary is too low by comparing with other audit firm. Honestly to said, poor management due to a lot of things unable to consistent.

    The good thingsThe people here is great, esp with multiple managers with such great calibre. Portfolio of the firms are great too.
    The challengesIt would be great if the firm could put emphasis on work life balance, and overall health of the employees, especially during this pandemic.

    The good thingsThe seniors and managers are very helpful when I encountered any difficulties. The firm is well-organized and they are very meticulous about their work. Their attention to details taught me to be alert when I'm doing my work. A good place to start building your foundation ground in tax compliance field.
