    The good thingsTHE BENEFITS GIVEN WAS GOOD. THE ENVIRONMENT NIT TO PRESSURE THE COLLEAGUE WAS SO FRIENDLY AND WE WORK AS A TEAM AND FAMILY. NO POLITICS ISSUE FREE AND EASY ENVIRONMENT WAS ADAPT IN THE COMPANY TO MAKE ALL STAFF FEEL COMFORTABLE TO WORK. WE WAS TREAT SAME EVEN FOR THE LOW AND HIGHEST POSITION, WE SHARE PROFIT TOGETHERN MANAGEMENT LISTEN TO OUR OPINION AND SUGGESTION EVEN WE ARE IN THE LOW POSITIO
    The challengesSO FAR I THINK I DON'T FIND ANY DIFFICULTIES BUT THE CHALLENGE IS WE HAVE TO COMPETE TO EACH OTHER TO BE AWARDED AT THE END OF THE YEAR. SO WE WILL HAVE A HEALTHY COMPETITION AND AT THE END WE CAN SHARE HAPPINESS TOGETHER.

    Stay Away From This Company
    The good thingsCompany have a good reporting tools but tends to do too much reporting.
    The challengesTop Management in HQ has no direction and do not have the will power to make the necessary changes. Too many \"chef\" in the HQ and each wants to show their power; simply too political.
