    The good thingsOverall working in Malaysia Fossil is great experience able to get to know fossil watch, leather and accessory product. Other than that retail, concession, wholesale and ecommerce industry exposure.
    The challengesUS HQ or Regional sometimes will make decision to retrench staff based on overall group or individual company performance, so just need to be prepare anytime to be lay off but will be compensate.

    The good thingsMy team is very helpful. They know how to communicate and handle i am as newbie here in account department. Even Though i have almont 8 year working experience at previous company but this company give me new experience to try new thing like work in Finance. I love my job.
    The challengesThe things need to improve is my PC due to my PC is too slow when running the report every month. This obstacle is effect my timing. But i well to manage it. Another one is system but the plan already draft to change Navision system to SAP system.

    The good thingsFlexible working with Fossil Time Malaysia. Knowledge of watch brands and other watch brands. Can get details about watches in detail. Knowledge on how to create invoice and quotation as well. Meetings with the authority every week gives positive vibes.
    The challengesDealing many types of customers on the phone and face to face. Chasing on time work and need to be done by the week. Many outlets and dealers will be calling and inquiry the status of the watch and need to settle as soon as possible
