    The good thingsStructured internal control and SOP. Exposure to audit and reporting. Staff benefit is good compared to other local SME.
    The challengesA result oriented company instead of people oriented. No celebration of festive events such as Christmas or CNY. Team building created for reporting purpose with limited impact on employee engagement and team cohesion. Work culture is highly demanding with expectations of perfection and early completion of tasks. Some colleagues tend to create unnecessary tension and stir conflict.

    A serene working place
    The good thingsI enjoy being in the surrounding of togetherness in the company. Colleagues are very helpful and friendly. Head of Department are caring for new workers and experienced, if in need of help they do not hesitate to teach and help. The work place is not stressful and the benefits are great.
    The challengesIts a challenge to try and not to make mistakes in tallying the products to the orders. One wrong count and it will cost a lot.
