    Good exposure for intern
    The good thingsThe working culture is very positive. Everyone is willing to help one another. The HR team really did well to take care of fellow colleagues and making the workplace fun and comfortable.
    The challengesThe intern allowances is very low despite the hotel is one of the international brand.

    great but not to great
    The good thingsgood for first-timer, or people that are interest in the food and beverage industry but has no experience in hotel line and and the catering industry, can provide you with a understanding what is communication is about , and what standard is to be maintain
    The challengesdifferent people from different background come from different places and you had no choice to blend in or you will be excluded, beware of their callings and talk back on you , it may hurt you if you heard it but dont be dissapoint climb up and achieve what you are here to achieve
