    Average salary payout and low benefits
    The good thingsFlexible working hour. You have a chance to speak of your opinions whether it will be accepted or not will be second matter.
    The challengesThe gap of salary range equity, it is not balance even among the managers, engineers and executives. The only balance was from the operators and technicians. Multi tasking is compulsory due to small number of working people. To convince the management of rational of local practicality and cultures.
