    No politics, no hierarchy
The good thingsI like it because you're merited based on your performance as an employee and not because you're the boss' favourite. Working here is peaceful. My colleagues are a great bunch and here, you'll get to experience the real meaning of teamwork.
The challengesMaybe if we had a coffee machine...:)

    Great experience, mediocre management
The good things- Many opportunities are given - Adequate resource for employees - Ability to try different position - Has increments and performance bonus yearly
The challenges- Poor work/life balance - Too many young employees (inexperience when handling situations) - Upper management and employees are not coordinated/in contact - Not recognize employees' efforts and award them - Inadequate training and support on project management

Good digital agency experience if you can adapt fast and well
The good thingsOne thing is you can learn how to do UI/UX which is very new in Malaysia and you will learn not only how to design but the workings and logic behind it. You can learn to be forward thinking a few steps ahead instead of just doing brain dead repeat works.
The challengesSometimes the people can be a little quiet and keep to themselves depending on which department. For working experience wise, is more of a throw you in the sea and learn how to swim kind of teaching method. No spoon fed as it is quite agency fast-paced type of learning. Not everyone can withstand this kind of \"tutorial/learning\"

    Not Bad
The good thingsHaving oversea company trip such as Gold Coast Australia which is a rare case for Malaysia based IT Solution companies. Friendly HR personnel. Overall staff benefit is above average.
The challengesHappened that been outsource to other company. Experience the lack of communication between HQ. end up, a lot of serious misunderstanding. Co-worker state that felt like abandon child. All of this might be caused by the middle person which bosses/HR rely on to understand the situation far away from HQ.

The challengesDateline given is always not enough time to prepare. At one time last minute work given. Did not consider whether staff can got enough time to do. Work station is very small space. Office table 4feet (length) x 2 feet (height).

A good starting point for agency work
The good thingsThe people here are great - very friendly, not too loud and very understanding when problems arise. For an agency it's VERY calm and stress levels are pretty manageable - staying late is a rarity, and I never once got called to do work on a weekend. People are very meticulous about their work and that means you're trained to do your job well.
The challengesI think the only thing I didn't like about Fourtitude.Asia is the sense that it takes a LOT to advance in your position there. It's comfortable, but at the pre-senior levels it can get a bit too comfortable as the work at that level is not very challenging.

    Friendly company
The good thingspeople here are friendly and fun, u will have the change to handle few different type of tasks here which can let u learn more and more. benefits wise is ok, not too bad,
The challengesmanagement side can be better, let everyone have the chance to growing up, and the salary part can be adjust better. who's got the better and do more for the company should get a better payment.
