    Fresh graduate choice
    The good thingsA good start place for fresh graduate. The starting basic salary is reasonable for fresh graduate. Friendly working environment.
    The challengesThe benefits is not worth the risk to work here. The company keep reducing the insurance and medical coverage. Salary increment is not tally with the increasing workload and job scopes. Eventhought we score the kpi, the salary increment is absurd, around 3%-5% annually.

    Good experience for fresh graduate
    The good thingsLearn and develop skills for Distributed Control System and Field Instrument technical skills and knowledge. A great platform to develop public relation skills, technical skills and project management skills.
    The challengesEffort and contribution to the company is hardly recognized by management level. Company shall give compensation worth the workload and responsibility. In addition, company shall provide a right training and guidance based on the assigned position. Furthermore, company should have clear and solid vision on the business strategies and strong support to the team.
