    Very old school modeThe working style is still very old working style, payslip is still in hardcopy paper even in 2025 No benefit IT is not helpful, all the necessary app set up they will just answer dunno instead of solve issue

    The good thingsIf you are fresh graduate & no working experience, you may learn alot of new things like forecast planning, VMI knowledge & technical knowledge etc which very useful. You will be considered by another MNC company if you jump out from this company.
    The challengesOver work load, no work life balance. Nobody will appreciate you no matter how well you did but they will keep blame you & boycott you if you did something wrong.
